Firmware Upgrade and Platform Level Components¶
This section provides instructions for upgrading firmware and CPLD components. It covers firmware upgrade steps, including SPI and eROM updates, as well as in-band CPLD programming methods for Gaudi 3 and HL-338 PCIe card:
When upgrading the firmware, make sure the following platform level components are also upgraded:
CPLD update - use the following guides based on your card:
For HL-325, refer to HL-325 In-Band (IB) CPLD Programming - Provides in-band CPLD programming steps for HL-325 cards.

For HLB-325 UBB Primary and Secondary CPLD’s - Refer to your system vendor documentation for details.
